As I see it, here are the main factors when considering the feasibility of planet-wide graveyards:
1. The cost of space travel versus the value of terrestrial real estate
2. Future attitudes toward treatment of the dead, to wit whether dumping stiffs in space will be accepted
3. The probability of discovering the secrets of necromancy
Frankly, it's the third one that bothers me the most.

But then when you try to claim your coupon, you have to answer some questions about the book. The answers are changed regularly for security reasons. This process may sound like a hassle, but do you want people to read more or not? What do you mean, "not particularly?" Well, yeah, I guess, when you put it that way.

Implementing Historically Accurate Thieves' Guilds
If you ask me, the Chandlers are a thieves' guild, with these prices! Criminy! And the Coopers! And the Masons! They're insatiable! And what does it cost to bury someone these days? I can't even afford dying!

Upcoming Job Opportunities
Soon we'll all have productive work throwing pails of water on people to simulate rain in ships and colonies so that we don't succumb to space madness. Innovators will get ahead by finding ways to get people to sneeze during terrestrial allergy season and rig sirens to play during simulated night.

Space yams are potatoes with a creamy filling, by the way. As for Earth yams, those will die out for easily understandable economic reasons.

The aliens will live in different regions of the same planets. Thus will coexistence flourish, and when plagues break out, each species will bring in doctors and nurses from an immune species.

The same won't be true of the other planets we will undoubtedly colonize because far smaller regions will be inhabited. When you can pick and choose the best places, you don't want to leave anyway.

Earth's Future
Canals everywhere. Every continent divided into even grids by canals. Cars: Obsolete. Trains: Obsolete. Planes: Rigged for water landings. Bicycles: Retained for health reasons only. Motorcycles: I'm pretty sure they're used to annoy everybody even today, so nothing will change there.

The question is whether the admonishers should resemble your peers, your parents, or other. Expect schisms and a flourishing of orders, then for most of them to die off, leaving the most popular but with several niches no longer filled.

The Artisanal Cycle
In the future, resources will be so abundant that all the cool guys will have hand-crafted gear that will make stripping corpses worthwhile again. Then, the fights over the stripped stuff, and a new epoch of heroes.

Dragon Fashion
More dragons should dress up all fancy. I'm sure some do, in some books, but it should be widespread. Entire countries should be compelled to knit nice dragon hats.

And then Shadowverse Worlds Beyond doesn't have Shadowcraft, so what's with the shadows in the name? Does the name imply the acceptance of the developer to live in the shadow of bigger card games?

I never thought about this before, but Shadowverse is a terrible name. Then again, if I never thought of it, I suppose it's fine. Economists call that "revealed acceptance."

Foot enthusiasts, on the other hand, wait for everyone else to have all the feet. They'll never prosper no matter how far technology advances.

Pioneering Space Habitation
The first true space colonies will essentially be enormous, full-sized model train tracks for train enthusiasts because those guys are willing to spend on their hobbies. I realize everybody knows this already, but I wanted to get it in writing.

The reason is that clowns are far too scary. It was crippling the economy because nobody wanted to come out from under the bed.

Obsolete Ideas
We need to get away from this idea that dragons aren't pefectly willing to sell their eggs at market themselves to get that treasure hoard going. Their scales too. "Dragon scale armor is rare and valuable," nah, everybody's running around in that.

Please buy the same number of books or more, though. Hey, why are all you economists twitching like that?

Technology and Desire
After ages of ignorance and stagnation, technology was at last making real, significant progress. The world of children seemed different even from that of their parents, to say nothing of earlier generations. Manufactories produced goods with such speed and consistency that the common man could own a version, albeit lesser, of what before only the elite might enjoy. Imaginations were looking ahead to things far beyond that in both time and space, all the way to the stars above.
Then the spaceship landed. Apocalyptic excitement and transcendental panic broke out, both well founded. Had their technology become too threatening, inciting the aliens to eliminate a future threat with the prudence space-faring civilizations must necessarily possess, or had they advanced enough in science and cultural maturity to be welcomed into a great interstellar community?
Ports all along the galactic vessel opened. Gunports? No. From each port, a banner was unrolled, and that banner said, "Now Hiring."
"For menial labor in the space mines for the rest of our short lives?" people wondered, but their worries were anticipated. More banners rolled out.
"Tech positions open. No experience necessary. Must be willing to learn. Must not treat modern technology like magic the way these kids today do, as if they can live their whole lives without repairing anything, which it had better not because nobody knows how. I tell you it didn't used to be like this, we took apart machines in . . ." The banner wasn't able to fit the rest of the sentiment, but the natives understood. Their bosses all said the same thing.
