The Backwards Literary industry
Not before publishers get with it and add chapters for a book's tenth anniversary will the written word be able to compete with other media.

The Essential Next Step
Fellas, we gotta rig books to detect the heat and sweat of the fingers on the pages and then dynamically charge extra for the next few pages. The industry won't survive if we're remiss.

Commercial Research in the Publishing Industry
If you don't think they're figuring out right now a way you can pay them $4.99 to make the hero's sword shinier, I wish I lived in your naive world.

Thoughts on Starfield
None, because I'm waiting for the Garfield collab DLC.
Do you think they might do something like that? You just realized it isn't actually impossible, didn't you? Business is a strange place.

The Problem with Literature As It Stands
It's really hard to sell DLC for it. There are atlases and occasionally revised editions, but that doesn't get the job done. How can we fix this? Pay $4.99 to add your favorite Love Lives to a book?
"The townsfolk gave Garid directions" becomes "Nico Yazawa gave Garid directions." What would you pay for that?

The Case of the Gregarious Gangs
Perry Mason sits in his office, discussing the last successful case with Paul Drake and Della Street. Just then, Gertie sends in a client. She's a beatiful woman who tells Perry the city has been taken over by thugs. He accepts one dollar as a retainer, walks through the door, and starts trashing enemies.
Perry Mason: brawler.
Paul Drake: powerful strikes.
Della Street: fast combos.
At one point you smash the door into the courthouse. Hamilton Burger objects, but the judge wants to see where the defense is going with this. Both are unlockable characters. Or DLC, depending how things shake out.

Speculation About Street Fighter 6
What will Capcom do to keep Street Fighter relevant for modern audiences? A hard magic system, sexy mummies, and a pirate captain with a very sophisticated parrot, probably. And tons of DLC, but you already knew that.
