Similarly, if you make a chimera in your magical lab, your atelier if you prefer, it isn't mythological, but it remains a chimera. Fortunately the category of bioweapons is universally recognized, but many would find it offputting to hear a work described as "bioweapon fantasy." For now.

Undead Venn
I'm not talking about Vendread, though I often am. There are undead creatures, right? Conceptually anyway. And there are vampires and ghosts, are there not? Those are supposed to be undead, but often they aren't. It's a daily occurence that someone is transformed by a supernatural process in which dying is not involved. These non-undead creatures deserve their own category, which I propose calling "Undead for Cowards."

I would have called it "All-Out Hundred Battle," thereby proving either why I'm not in charge or why I should be.
Salesmanship in the Modern Era
The naive ask why Konami is spelling the hottest new Yu-Gi-Oh format all funny, but the savvy never considered anyone would call a new product a single word that brings up thousands of results on any search engine. The key mistake was to spell it "Genesys" rather than "Jennasyss" or, to be particularly saucy, "Djenasus."

Unbeatable Idea for the Next Yu-Gi-Oh Archetype
Summer Skull. Think about it. More importantly, think about a mobile game that isn't a simulator, and also it's a crossover game with every trading card game, and it's a gacha. Tower defense? Maybe.

The conventional method is to have uninvolved characters comment on how exciting the action is, but I'm not sure that does anything but pad. By "action sequence" we here mean "card duel" of course. Have you ever gone back and watched Yu-Gi-Oh? It's amazingly fast-paced till the ratings came in, and then began the age of milking.

And then Shadowverse Worlds Beyond doesn't have Shadowcraft, so what's with the shadows in the name? Does the name imply the acceptance of the developer to live in the shadow of bigger card games?

Unfortunately it starts with a Y, and that all but disqualifies it according to Super Robot Wars roster rules.
Speaking of Yu-Gi-Oh
If Yu-Gi-Oh got into Super Robot Wars Y, it wouldn't be the biggest stretch in the series.

Defeated by the Pros Again
Here we are trying to think of evocative titles such as Dragon Ambition or Ambition of Chaotic Inheritors, and then they just bust out GQuuuuuux like it's nothing. By "we" of course I mean people coming up with names for Yu-Gi-Oh sets.

The Reason for Anti-Empire Sentiment
If you write out "emperor" enough times, everything about it seems wrong. Couldn't we contract it to "empor?" No, but eventually you'll assuredly want to. Yu-Gi-Oh named a penguin Empen, and that might be the way to go.

Glory to the Victors
By the way, anyone who picked the correct team in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel World Extravaganza Super Tournament is indeed a superior human. I'm not sure everyone understands that yet, viscerally.

Charlemagne
Even Yu-Gi-Oh! knows not to call him Charlemagne, and that's a game where you fight with warships made out of sushi. Such an ugly name. It goes with Charles the Great, and while Karl the Great or Big Karl are better, that's good enough.

Adaptable Material
Everybody's seen Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game: The Chronicles, right? If not, here it is. That's all well and good, but I hear people saying the Albax story would be great to adapt. They're wrong. As much as it may tickle you to see a new card and realize the latest evil clown is actually this jerk from another card, that doesn't mean anything in a TV show. Think about the actual plot and you'll realize it's just a whole series of, "And these guys show up, and these guys show up, and these guys turn into these guys, and these guys show up . . ." Not only is Albaz not the best Yu-Gi-Oh! card set to adapt, it probably isn't even in the top five. Wait, probably? We can check easily enough.
1) Vendread
2) Gold Pride
3) S-Force
4) Rescue-ACE
5) Shiranui
Yup, not even in the top 5.

About a Magic: The Gathering TV Show
They should make one, but those cowards would have it take place within the Magic fiction like losers instead of making it be about people playing Magic.

Would it be gauche for the card game to have dragons in it? Humans don't see it that way, but you know how dragons can be.

The Next Evolution of a Venerable Art
Riding dragons is pretty cool, but what if you played a card game while you did it?
