Addendum
Another third are because of access roads, but this is true for California only when Perry Mason was practicing (before he became a judge or stepped down to practice again).

Future Implausibility
It always seemed forced to me when people in a science fiction setting knew anything about the twentieth century, but now that everything's a remake of something from then, I'm starting to reassess.

The Next Crossover
Perry Mason vs. Perry Rhodan. By vs. of course I mean they have to team up to defeat the bad guy at the end, who is probably some sort of space district attorney. On a gigantic spaceship that serves as a circuit court. What a district attorney is doing on a circuit court ship is something for the eventual author to figure out.

Train Facts
1) Perry Mason once says he wants to run a model train through his office and law library. But he doesn't. What's stopping him? The truth may be too much for the human mind to comprehend.
2) Trains are fast!
3) Not all trains turn into robots, but more than you would think do.
4) It's not as if he doesn't have enough money for it. Clients are always paying him big money to stay out of the gas chamber.
5) That thing you sometimes see on the front of a train is called a "slow car."
6) If your train is late, it was probably doing something more important.
7) Perhaps he fears that buying a model train set would be a betrayal of his Navy service.

An Unobjectionable Pitch
Here's the newest hit: Perry Mason . . . but with ghosts!
Edit: We have decided to retract this pitch after being informed of the existence of the Phoenix Wright series of games as well as its spinoffs.

The Case of the Gregarious Gangs
Perry Mason sits in his office, discussing the last successful case with Paul Drake and Della Street. Just then, Gertie sends in a client. She's a beatiful woman who tells Perry the city has been taken over by thugs. He accepts one dollar as a retainer, walks through the door, and starts trashing enemies.
Perry Mason: brawler.
Paul Drake: powerful strikes.
Della Street: fast combos.
At one point you smash the door into the courthouse. Hamilton Burger objects, but the judge wants to see where the defense is going with this. Both are unlockable characters. Or DLC, depending how things shake out.
